Trust & transparency
iStack Platform Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the iStack commerce platform.
1. Your iStack account
You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and ensure that people using your account are authorised to act for your business.
You remain responsible for activity performed through your store, administrator, and point-of-sale accounts.
2. Your store and customers
You control the products, prices, content, customer relationships, and business processes operated through your tenant.
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your products, marketing, privacy notices, consumer transactions, taxes, refunds, and fulfilment.
3. Plans and billing
Features and limits depend on your active plan. Paid plans may be activated, changed, or cancelled under the commercial terms presented to you.
Third-party charges, including payment, messaging, courier, domain, and email-provider fees, are not included unless expressly stated.
4. Data and security
iStack uses tenant isolation and access controls to separate customer data. You must configure user access appropriately and promptly remove access that is no longer required.
You authorise iStack to process store data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
5. Domains and integrations
You must own or control every custom domain and third-party account connected to your store.
Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable independently of iStack.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use iStack to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with the platform, evade security controls, or access another tenant's data.
We may restrict activity that creates a material security, legal, or operational risk.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep iStack dependable, but maintenance, incidents, and third-party dependencies can affect availability.
We may change the service to improve security, reliability, compliance, or functionality and will communicate material changes where reasonably practical.
8. Suspension and termination
Either party may end the service in accordance with the active plan or commercial agreement.
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the platform, or third parties, or to address unlawful use or material breach.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, iStack is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
10. Contact and governing terms
Notices about the platform may be sent to the email address associated with your owner account.
Additional signed commercial or data-processing terms take priority where they expressly conflict with these platform terms.
